PM Business Loan also known as Pradhan Mantri Mudra Loan Yojana (PMMY) is a loan scheme implemented by the central government, under which people are given a loan of 50 thousand to 20 lakh rupees to start their own business.

How much loan will you get under PM Mudra Loan Scheme?
So let us now know how much loan you will get under the PM Mudra Loan Scheme. In this, you can get a loan of at least Rs 50,000 and a maximum of Rs 20 lakh. Actually, under this scheme, loans are given in four categories. 1. Infant, 2. Adolescent, 3. Young, 4. Young plus.
Children’s category: If you apply for a loan under the Shishu category, you can get a loan of up to Rs 50,000.
Youth Category: 2. If you apply for a loan under the Kishori category, you can get a loan of Rs 50,000 to Rs 5 lakh.
Youth Category: 3. If you apply under the Tarun category, you can get a loan of Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
4. Young Plus Category: Though there were only three categories earlier, in the Budget for 2024-25, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman added the fourth category, Tarun Plus. If you apply under the Tarun Plus category, you can get a loan of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh.

Who is eligible for the PM Mudra Loan Scheme?

The first requirement is that you must be an Indian.
You or the applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

At the bottom, you will see options for Shishu, Kishor, Tarun and Tarun Plus loans.
Click on the loan you want to apply for.

Click on “Download Application Form.”
After downloading the application form, take a print out of it.
Now carefully fill in all the information asked in that application form. Also, attach the required documents.
After filling the application form, submit it to the nearest bank branch.
After this, the bank will verify your information, after which the loan amount will be transferred to your account.
